I'm confused. It says, "Origins of of the great Cipollina Style", but this is Link Ray. Where's Cipollina?

In the 1st one it looks like he suddenly pulls out a pick from nowhere. However, he's not playing with a pick. He's using his index finger nail as a plectrum! I've never seen anybody do that before. I mean using the index finger nail for up and down strokes like a pick. In Flamenco this is done with the thumb nail a lot. It even has a name "alzapua," but I've never seen it done with another finger. T-Bone, I think you have too much free time on your hands. And I apparently do too, since I had the time to watch these.
