Well this isn't really blues so much as it is indie maybe, anyway I was jamming with a friend who gave me a rhythm piece and told me to practice it so when we got together next my timing would be better, kept loosing count for the chord change. Anyway was practicing it then I recorded it so I could practice some improv to go with it also. Well one thing lead to another and this 40 second clip is where I ended. Check it out and see what you think, the guitar lead and rhythm is me with tools I learned from Blues You Can use the rest Garageband loops. soundcloud.com/alabama-blues/marc-d-rythmn-practiceThanks, Rich

I thought that was pretty darned cool Rich. Did you do two solos and then take parts from each?> Anyhow it was nice and moody and cool as hell.

Thanks was really I started off practicing the base rythm with the metronome then thought why not record it and work on some improv for the next jam session. Basically I developed the lead in 4 bar increments it's 4/4 time, looped the rythm until I worked out each piece then on a second track I added a couple solo fills used the pan to give it the separation. The rest of the instruments are loops in GarageBand. I thought it was kinda cool for just messing around. Thanks for the positive feedback, kinda cool to make a whole original something.

I also thought that was cool, Rich. And it's fun to hear what other alternative things people have going on...

Cool, Rich! I like hearing everyone's other stuff, too (although Christmas songs might be a little much...) (Ho! Ho! Ho!)
