RIP B.B. He was still performing up until just a few months ago. The amazing thing was that his voice was still good.

Terribly sad news. He had a magnificently full life and accomplished more than any of us can dream of, and I guess there's not much more you can ask for than that.

I saw him in concert a few years ago. He could barely walk (they took him off the stage in a wheelchair), but man could he still make Lucille cry and moan and sing... A sad day, indeed, but he spent his life doing what he loved, and brought a lot of joy and emotion to others along the way.

I once flew from Seville Spain to Madrid sitting next to mr. King, we chatted a little at the time I knew his music but didn't know what he looked like, it was about a week later when I realized it was him and not just a member of his band.

I watched "The Life Of Riley" just a couple of months ago. It was very good. Well worth watching.
