I got this recording down, not perfect but the best out of a handful attempts (oddly enough the first take at full speed), and I think it's good enough to move on: soundcloud.com/joachim-dahl-1/bycu-blue-sixthsIt's recorded using the neck pickup of my Ibanez (without super-powers), using a clean amp "Blues Combo" model in Amplitube. Hard Rocker is going to be a mouthful - I'll be happy if I can do it nearly as good as WPB's recent recording. But it's definitely the coolest tune I've worked on so far...

Joachim,
That sounds really good, you're definitely ready to move onward. Loved your guitar tone, too. I could have sworn that I heard some super powers in there...

Very beautifully done Joachim! Nice feel to it and the timing is great. Love your guitar sound too About the only very tiny nitpick I can come up with is that at the beginning of bar 7 - bend up the 7th fret G string followed by the 5th fret B and E - you have a tendency to have that bend still playing while you play the note on the 5th fret B. I only notice because I used to do the exact same thing myself lol. It's a very small thing though. Really nice job though!

That's become a bad habit, I don't even think about it...

Keep up the excellent work! Very kind words about my track... if it helps, I started learning it at 40% of the speed. Yep, *that* slow to get things clear in my head and fingers. Then slowly built up the speed.

Joachim, Sounds good. Sure, there are some spots that need polishing, but I'm beginning to think that we never finish "polishing." Anyway, as always, you did a fine job on that study,
