The forum's been quiet lately, so I thought I'd post a work-in-progress recording: soundcloud.com/joachim-dahl-1/brycu-lesson-15-wipI am working on bringing it up to speed and clean up the chords. Rhythmically it's fairly complex, and lots and lots of chord changes. Probably my strat isn't the best guitar for this kind of tune, but my wife doesn't think I need more guitars - And I even found an almost brand-new US strat at half price within driving distance...

Well sounded top notch too me, was that at normal tempo? I like the tune also has a jazz feel to it. Glad somebody posted something, been slow hopefully from people practicing. I am on a night off from playing cause the house is freezing, will get back on it tomorrow first time in ages I haven't gotten an hour of playing time in.

Sounded really sweet Joachim! I'd forgotten there were such jazzy songs in the Rhythm book. Nice that somebody finally broke the silence around here I recorded a few takes of Ninth Chord Study in Eb today but it needs a bit more polishing.

Coming along nicely there, Joachim. I always liked that one - really jazzy with lots of chord changes. Glad to hear you do these BRYCU songs. I think BRYCU really helps develop your ear for these various 12 bar patterns and chord substitutions. Thanks for sharing. You'll have that up to full speed in no time!

Joachim, That sounded very good. What is full tempo (in bpm) and what tempo are you playing this at?
