I tried to edit my other Plain Old Major Blues because I posted the wrong cut but I somehow deleted my post. Anyway here is the one I meant to post picking errors and all. Plain Old Major Blues

Jeez, Nursedad, it's the difference between night and day comparing this to the other one you posted. You've made some significant progress since your last uploads. This one might need some fine tuning, but I think you've finally conquered your timing issue. Whatever you are doing keep doing it!

Much much better than the first one! Sounds like you've almost got it, just need a bit more practice on the chords so you can make the changes faster. Good job!

NurseDad,
Great to hear you post a recording again! You're definitely on the right track - rhythm MUCH improved over your previous recordings. Keep your foot stomping in time - it sounds stupid, but it works! (I noticed on re-watching my Delta Child video that the guitar on my knee is moving up and down as I'm stomping my foot). I think you are on the verge of a "breakthrough" recording, like that last one Rich posted. Keep up the good work!

Your timing is off to varying degrees. You have the chords and strums, you just need to tighten up the rhythm. I would recommend breaking it down and practicing small 2 to 4 bar chunks, and then put them all back together. And do it all SLOWLY. Nice tone.
