One EP I did a few years ago bugged me ‘cos I had to alter the fast run and use hammer-ons and pull-offs to get the speed. Essentially the piece is 100bpm with 16th notes, so the speed moment essentially has you playing at 400notes-per-minute (for a moment). I’ve regularly come back to this piece and kept practicing to get this done as written… I finally can, if i warm up nicely and get relaxed enough. So here's me doing it, fully picked, as written... on about take 5 or something
