This has got some weird tuning - the verse section (like the intro) is in drop D, with the G string tuned up a full step to A, and the whole thing is down half a step. For the rest of the song it's just drop D and down half a step, except for the acoustics which are in standard tuning but down half a step. Turned out there were quite a few parts to this thing lol Let me know what you think, constructive criticism is always appreciated

I loved it, Jack. I enjoy seeing how you can pick out and nail all those guitar parts, and then how you can mix it all so that it sounds so good. Great job again!

Thanks so much Bruce! Yeah I really enjoy the stuff with multiple parts at the same time - get a little atmosphere from the acoustic, the electric to keep it rockin', a little melody line to add interest. Takes a fair bit of work to get them all acceptably in time with each other, but the end result in kind of neat

Sounds great, Jack, as have all these songs you've recorded. Very impressive playing. Man, I avoid alternate tunings like the plague. I have enough of a challenge with standard tuning.

Thanks Phil! Yeah that G tuned up to A is only during the verses, and that's pretty much all played on 2 strings so it's not bad. The drop D just allows you to play power chords, with their root on the 6th string, by barring the bottom 3 strings instead of having to make the usual chord shape. I never use alternate tuning myself lol.
