Would it be possible to have a sticky thread for recordings?
It would be nice to have them collected in one place. I know there are older threads, which appear overlooked, aiming at collecting recordings, so a sticky thread sounds like a good idea. Then it's easy to locate older recordings for comparison.

I agree. Either a sticky thread or separate sub-forum dedicated to uploaded recordings and comments would be great. Whatever is easiest for John.
The one thing that this forum definitely needs is more participation and hits. There are several videos on youtube of people playing BYCU lessons. I wonder why they don't post those videos here?

OK. What's a sticky thread? (pardon my lack of web knowledge). I'm always happy to accommodate members, if I can.

A sticky thread is one that remains on the top of forum regardsless of newer threads. That way people see it first thing upon entering the forum. I think a forum administrator can easily mark an existing recordings thread as being "sticky" and that's it...
But, as Phil suggests, a separate sub-forum dedicated to recordings is probably the perfect solution.

Phil Phil, Some of those people (on Youtube) were linked with the previous BYCU forum. I expect they've "moved on" - either playing/studying something else or not playing at all. You can see the dates some of those were posted on Youtube. Bruce
