Got in 8 hrs. 2.5 of that was playing with another guitarist. We both keep flubbing stuff we thought we knew well, but we're starting to sound better on 1 song. I did 5 of the 8 things I had planned to work on. I like this idea having a short list of things to work on and selecting what I feel like doing each day. They are all loosely related to what I'm focusing on. With this system I'm not setting myself up for disappointment every single week. I definitely didn't put anything like "Record something" on the list. I'm still doing that crazy stretching exercise every day. It's torture, but it seems to be helping in fingering certain chords.

Well I am pressing on with class work Honky Tonk almost at the end now. Practice wise solid 4 hours, still fighting the shingles but feeling better. Today got 1.5 hours using my trio plus working on Honky Tonk, pretty fun.
My wireless xvive system arrived works well and nice to be cable free.

I had another week of what I think is the new normal for me for now. Gone are the 17-20 Hr practice weeks. At least my bank account is looking a little better. I was probably just a little shy of 7 hours guitar time. I've got about 8 things I've been working on in 10 minute spurts, nothing not previously mentioned. I'm doing a better job of hearing my more subtle "errors" (not always outright mistakes, but things that are suboptimal and typically in the realm of what I call articulation). I attribute that almost entirely to my emphasis on spending at least some time playing along with full tracks rather than exclusively using backing tracks.
In my area we've had a superabundance of rain this winter. If we ever get a bout of nice weather my time will be stretched even thinner as the outdoor chores will come out of the gate full blast. But through next weekend it looks like a washout so I'll have at least that much time. Better quit typing and start playing while I can.

Drew a big zero here on guitar time. Between skiing last week and the long drive from Colorado, been battling back spasms all week. Have at least stuck with ear training. Hopefully better next week. Been really dead here on the forum...

I equaled Bruce's time this week, just been busy, completely unmotivated, and I think we had 17" of snow which kept me busy shoveling, after which I did leg day in my workout routine (123 lunges (yes one-hundred-and-twenty-three) with 2 X 20 lb. dumbells, then skier hops then squats followed up with barbell hip thrusts) I really didn't move much for the rest of the week. Until I had to shovel more snow we got today Anyhow, today starts another week so we'll give it another try

Just got through with a couple more inches today (spellcheck suggest I replace my incorrect spelling of "couple" with "copulate". Hmmm...) Anyhow, today starts another week so we'll give it another try Yeah, I can appreciate the foul weather you're having. Heck, its only going to be in the mid 60's down here today. Woo, kinda chilly.
