I've been messing around with this song for so long I can't even tell if I'm playing it in time or not anymore lol. I was going to do my own solo for it but never did find the inspiration to write one.

Nicely played, Jack, even without your own solo. So, did you use compression to even out the volume of the single notes and strums? That's a mighty rock and roll looking geetar, though. Should have played it on your hello kitty model...

+1 with Bruce, nice rendition of a deceptively difficult tune. "Got the Drive" next then, that one also hurts if you've not done any thumb over the top playing the 6th string before. I reckon your compression thingy will be required for that as well because its got some upstrokes that tend to sound louder than the down strokes, at least they do when I play them

Thanks guys! Bruce, yeah I used a little compression in Pod Farm and then more in Reaper, and then there's some compression on the master track too lol. I didn't get out the Hello Kitty guitar for this song, that's strictly for my heavy metal stuff Mick - not another painful song?!?! I though I was getting arthritis from all the bar chords in this one There were a bunch of thumb-over-the-neck chords in Crescent City Rhythm in the R&B book so I guess I'm used to those...or at least I was a few months ago lol.

excellent playing, Jack! Very smooth and great sound. I am glad that I am not the only one who suffer with all those barre chords...
