Try it you'll like it! Down load a video from YouTube by going to YouTube and coping the URL. Go here link scroll down to step two and paste the url in the box click DL video.Choose MP4 After the DL completes open Reaper, insert media. After media is finished inserting, crtl- shit- v. will bring up the video window. The video and audio will play in reaper. Change the BPM to slow down, etc...

Thanks, ND. I have a youtube downloader plug-in on Firefox so I don't usually have a problem downloading videos except that certain ones have downloading blocked. I don't know if this might get around that problem. However, the important thing is that I had no idea that I could pull a video into Reaper and have the audio track AND see the video in a separate window. I just tried with an Arlen Roth video I had previously downloaded. That is a tremendously helpful bit of information. Thanks again. The benefits of being on this forum never stop.
