...and I'm really looking forward to listen to you soloing through some choruses of 'Jumpin' Blues'! I hope you won't be too disappointed with the results. I have them all figured out, but now I have to practice them because I can't play them up to speed. It's pretty bad when you can't even play the stuff you make up.

Hi Phil! Say, although I don't know anything about your PC's particular specs, it seems like we basically use the same set-up (small wonder as I'm following your example and advice here). Thanks to you guys I think I got everything up and running now except for the latency adjustments - would you please tell me whereand how to adjust this in Reaper's settings? Once this is done properly, I should be ready to go... Thanks and greetings, T. T-Bone, I never had any problems with latency using the Behringer by itself (using ACBox Combo) or when running ACBox Combo through Reaper as a plug-in. I may have done something in the beginning, but I don't remember now. I started off using a DAW called Ableton Light and found some tutorials on how to set it up to reduce latency. I probably used the same concepts to set up Reaper. I'm sure someone here can help you or you might just google the problem and find an easy answer. There is definitely some bitrate or sampling setting or something like that that needs to be set to reduce latency. Sorry I can't be more helpful. I find the answers to resolve whatever problem I'm having at the moment, and then completely forget what I did after a few months go by. The good side of this is that my bad memory lets me have a continuous flow of new experiences.
