I have some of the Blues you can use books and have access to the audio and videos on halleonard.com but was wondering if there is anywhere to download the lesson tabs from the books in Guitar pro format?

Not that I've ever seen - may I ask why you think you need them?
If it's due to needing to slow down a segment and loop it, perhaps what may be a better alternative is an app that does that. That's usually what I do.

That's usually what I do. I own and use Guitar Pro on my PC and iPad and wanted to use them when I'm not at my pc maybe while watching tv or something instead of carrying around a book or scanning them into a pdf.

Deepblue, check it out: www.ultimate-guitar.com/search.php?search_type=title&value=john%20ganapesThere's a bunch of John Ganapes songs on Ultimate Guitar in Guitar Pro format! Looks like a lot of these are from BYCU, some from More BYCU. I like Guitar Pro a lot, too. Over the years, I've used it to learn some of these studies. I've been very impressed with the Hal Leonard on-line player as well (which allows slowing down playback, looping parts, etc.). But if you want the tab or music, you've got to have the book in front of you... Hope this helps some. Good luck! Bruce
