Well, hot on the heels of my post yesterday, this one was ready to go; having a permanent recording setup makes it practically one button to record I actually think this one is easier to play than the first two tracks in BRYCU, however, I think it comes third as the theory is more advanced than the first two chapters. It's a nice one to play and sounds good against the harmonica I think my mixing is getting better - I'm adding a touch of reverb to the backing tracks to match the reverbs I apply to my guitar - which I think makes them blend together better as though we're all in the same room - see what you think...

Another nice one, Wannaplay. That one is certainly a lot easier on the fretting hand than those stretch rhythms down near the nut, isn't it? Your mix sounds good to me. Yeah, I really envy your permanent recording setup. What I've found is that you can do DI audio recording anywhere pretty easily with a laptop and a small recording interface (like my IK Multimedia iRig). But if you want to do video of any quality, then a fixed setup is almost a necessity - or at least it makes the process so incredibly much simpler and faster. I keep wistfully hoping for the completion of our condo. What was supposed to be a 24 month project has now dragged out to almost 6 years, what with the pandemic and all the ensuing problems (shortages of everything, labor problems, spiraling costs, supply chain issues, etc., etc.). When we finally move into the condo, I will again be able to have a permanent music space!
