I found this lesson in the AM archives and thought it was a beautiful piece to play.
I edited the backing track in the DAW and invented an end to the piece rather than do a fade-out. I think it worked well as an ending.
Added my usual compression and reverb as well as a new effect called "DoubleTake" from AudioAssault (https://audioassault.mx/) which I purchased in their Christmas sale.
I've been using the BOSS BD2 more for tone - so used it again on this track but with a lot less drive. See what you think...

That's a nice tune, WPB. Nicely played, and another nice tone from your tele - just a mild "taste" of drive. That's a good demonstration that you don't have to turn an affect up to "11". Your ending worked well, too, but I generally don't favor fade outs as you can't play it live that way.

That was a beautiful ballad, lots of emotion! Well played and just the right guitar sound for it as well.

Do I understand this in the right manner. Active Melody is the teacher with whom you took online courses and who also recorded the piano. And you have now generated and inserted a conclusion via midi?

Valentine (or should we call you Franz?), Active melody is a website (https://www.activemelody.com) offering guitar courses, lessons, pieces with backing tracks, etc. It is run by one guitarist (I can't remember his name). He also has a Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@activemelody) with some free lessons. Several of the members of this forum have used Active Melody material over the years. I hope that helps to clarify.

I hope that helps to clarify. My Name is Franz and i was born on Valentine day. Call me Franz, this is perfect. Aktivemelody seems to be a good teacher. I learnd classical guitar when i was 17. When I started again after a 40-year break and re-learned how to play the pick, I watched a lot of videos. I specially look the technique from Gregsguitars, a guitarist in Germany who mostly sells old guitars over Youtube. What amazes me about electric guitar lessons is the amount of music theory. This is not the case at all in classical music. If then after 5-10 years of lessons. Perhaps. You already know the difference between major and minor, but which level each note you play is uninteresting. We played a lot of scales, yes, but not for the purpose of improvising with them, but to pick up the fretboard, so to speak. Each key is played with a different fingering and over time this gives you a feel for what to finger without memorizing it. My teacher was then also able to spontaneously improvise at a concert of a baroque piece with an orchestra because he had taken a wrong turn at one point.
