Cool job, Mick! You get bonus points for use of both Lick 1 and Lick 2! Lick 2 was presented over four bars of I-IV-I -I, and you had it over the IV-IV-I-I (the "middle four"). Sounded good to me, so it's good to see that you may be able to use these Licks in other places as well. I think the straight minor pentatonic stuff can fit pretty much anywhere within the 12 bar blues. So you get a definite shout out for use of the Lick in a different place, and for the inclusion of a full chorus plus an intro. Unfortunately, we can't judge your dog's response without video (or comment on fingering, facial grimacing, whether you've got a new axe, etc). So as the team coach, I think one demerit is warranted, and your assignment is to run some wind sprints alongside your dog. Good luck keeping up!

Ok, I've shortened it a little bit!! Nice work Mick. At first I thought you posted the wrong file before I realized you were incorporating both Lick One and Lick 2. Also liked what you did with the "from the five" intro section (and finished with a similar vibe over the last 4 bars). I haven't tried to conquer that intro yet. Liked the tone too. I tend to go for the raunchier stuff I guess. Glad you were able to get it posted up.
