Torres Engineering has a long history of quality mods and parts for tube amps. This is a good article on some topics that everyone has had questions about from time to time

Thanks for providing the link to that information. I had never really understood how the master volume and the regular volume worked together. I've been playing around my Blues Deluxe all evening and really enjoying the sound I'm getting. I may get that PDF of the document from you.

I bought the inside tube amps book years ago when i was thinking of building my own amp. It was interesting read and put alot of light on how things worked. I would recomend it, only complain it the printed version fell apart.

I would recommend it, only complain it the printed version fell apart. I just ordered Inside Tube Amps, which should be delivered and its available on CD now as a pdf scan. The printed version of that book is hard to find
