As Artie Johnson would have said, ‘Very interesting’. (Laugh In, circa 1968)

Great playing and he could teach Keith Richards a thing or two about how to hold a cigarette while playing. Why is a guy with this kind of talent playing on the streets?
I wonder if he was he using a looper or a backing track.

Great playing and he could teach Keith Richards a thing or two about how to hold a cigarette while playing. Why is a guy with this kind of talent playing on the streets? I wonder if he was he using a looper or a backing track. If you watch closely, there are a couple of times in the video that he is making adjustments on some equipment off to his right. I wonder if it isn't a sequencer of some sort that he controls with the foot pedals that you see in front of him.
For every 'star' that we see on stage or hear on a recording, there are thousands of players that are just as good, just as talented that are never really noticed.
